Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our new, modern Phoenix warehouse. This role is critical to ensuring our materials are received, organized, and ready for installers to take to job sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and skilled at managing processes and inventory in a fast-paced construction environment. Hours are typically Monday-Friday 5:00am-2:00pm. Key Responsibilities Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials Use technology for shipment tracking and inventory levels Track and manage inventory levels; ensure accuracy in counts and records Implement and maintain safe working practices, ensuring compliance with company and OSHA standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment Operate forklifts and other equipment as needed (training provided if required) Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience (construction or building materials preferred) Strong communication skills Knowledge of inventory management practices and software Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred, but training available) Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Paid time off and holidays Longstanding company stability with over 75 years in business A supportive team environment where your contributions make an impact Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Phoenix, AZ 85017 (Required) Work Location: In person
