Warehouse Associate

Job Overview The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and processing customer orders and store transfers. This position also assists with receiving incoming shipments, maintaining organized inventory, and ensuring efficient flow of goods between stores and the distribution center. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and inter-store transfers for shipment. Process customer credit card payments through the company’s billing system accurately and securely. Receive, inspect, and check in shipments as they arrive, verifying quantities and accuracy against packing slips. Use a pallet jack to unload deliveries from semi-trucks and move materials safely within the warehouse. Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled stock areas. Assist with store transfers and deliveries as needed. Assist with store stocking in downtime. Communicate effectively with the sales and store teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures. Backup Delivery Driver as needed. Skills Valid driver’s license. And Clean Driving Record Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to learn billing/ordering systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a productive workflow.
