Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities Prepare and process shipping documents based on daily orders. Generate and print shipping labels accurately. Assist with daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations. Load and unload containers safely and efficiently. Pick, pack, inspect, unpack, and store products. Assist with inventory control and maintain accurate inventory records. Operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Operate forklifts, including Reach, Sit-Down, and Order Picker, as needed. Perform data entry, report preparation, filing, and other administrative tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Work closely with team members to meet daily operational and shipping goals. Take initiative and help coordinate daily warehouse activities when the manager is unavailable. Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience is preferred. Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs. Previous forklift experience is preferred; forklift certification is a plus. Experience with Reach, Sit-Down, or Order Picker forklifts is a plus. Familiarity with pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and data entry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. Strong commitment to workplace safety and accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative. Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
