Warehouse Associate

Job Summary As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving safely and accurately through daily warehouse operations. You’ll use inventory systems and equipment to receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship orders while supporting dependable warehouse distribution and customer service. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment helps customers and internal teams receive the right products on time. Responsibilities Handle shipping and receiving, load and unload deliveries, and verify items against shipping documents. Stock products, update inventory records through a warehouse management system or inventory management software, and complete data entry. Pick orders using an order picker or pallet jack; package shipments and prepare them for dispatch. Support shipping logistics, warehouse distribution, and applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Follow warehouse procedures, use basic math to check quantities, and communicate clearly with coworkers and customers. Qualifications Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, order picking, and picking and packing are preferred. Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn warehouse management systems, inventory management software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Basic math, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and a customer service mindset. Forklift experience or certification is preferred; ability to safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and order picker may be required for assigned tasks. Able to perform physical duties, including standing, bending, and lifting, and to load and unload products safely. Pay: $18.00 - $18.65 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week Work Location: In person
