Warehouse Associate

Position Summary We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the e-commerce fulfillment, and processing, of customer orders. We are a small quilting business where each individual contribution is felt because of the overall size of our staff. Currently, we are looking for the following hours: M-F: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Full-time) You do not need to have any prior knowledge of the quilting or fabric industry to be considered for this role. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment - Pick/Pack/Ship: Picking customer orders and packing products in boxes or envelopes for them to be shipped out. All of this work is done while standing and moving around. Folding & Handling Fabric : Folding and assembling fabric bundles. A bundle is a package of multiple fabrics that we fold and assemble by hand. This is typically done seated. Product Kitting & Assembly : Assembly of bundles mentioned above and other products that need to be paired together to create a final product. Warehouse Organization : Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficient operations. Team Collaboration : Communicate effectively with warehouse and operations teams to meet daily goals. Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Frequent bending, stooping, standing, kneeling, crouching without assistance. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working on your feet. Willingness to learn and adapt to new product lines.
