Warehouse Associate – E-commerce Order Picking & Restocking

Location: El Monte, CA Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Job Summary Bag Connection USA is a growing handbag e-commerce company. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position focuses on accurately picking orders, restocking inventory, organizing merchandise, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, communicates clearly, and works well with others in a fast-paced team environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick merchandise based on order lists, product styles, SKUs, and quantities. Restock merchandise and maintain organized inventory locations. Verify product details and quantities to minimize picking errors. Assist with receiving, sorting, moving, and organizing inventory. Communicate promptly with team members regarding missing items, inventory discrepancies, or order issues. Work closely with the packing and fulfillment team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Able to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently. Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical warehouse work throughout the shift. Able to safely lift and move merchandise and boxes weighing up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Previous warehouse, order picking, or inventory experience is preferred but not required. E-commerce fulfillment experience is a plus.
