Warehouse Associate & Delivery Support

The Pourium | Winnipeg, MB Join Our Team! The Pourium is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team! This is a hands-on position focused primarily on warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining an efficient workspace. Some local deliveries will also be required. We're looking for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in staying organized, pays attention to detail, and is willing to pitch in wherever needed. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas. Stock shelves and ensure products are stored safely and correctly. Assist with inventory counts and identify discrepancies or damaged products. Load and unload delivery vehicles. Complete occasional local deliveries to customers, businesses, and event locations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse. Work collaboratively with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly. Assist with other warehouse and operational duties as required. Qualifications & Requirements Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience is an asset. Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract. Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs regularly. Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately. Basic computer, smartphone, or tablet skills. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Delivery experience is an asset but not required.
