Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver Company Overview Allora USA is a family-owned plumbing fixture distributor serving builders, contractors, kitchen and bath companies, and other industry professionals throughout the region. We distribute sinks, faucets, and related plumbing products from our warehouse to customers throughout the DMV area. We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. This is primarily a warehouse position that also includes local deliveries approximately 2–3 days per week . On non-delivery days, you will work with the warehouse team preparing orders, receiving inventory, organizing products, and handling general warehouse responsibilities. Responsibilities Make local deliveries throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area Load and unload delivery vehicles safely Verify products and quantities before leaving for deliveries Obtain delivery confirmations and communicate any delivery issues Pick and prepare customer orders Receive and put away incoming inventory Organize and maintain warehouse inventory Help load and unload trucks and containers Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Inspect products for visible damage before shipment Assist with inventory counts Properly maintain and keep company delivery vehicles clean Perform other warehouse duties as needed What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Comfortable performing both warehouse work and local deliveries Able to work independently without constant supervision Good attention to detail Organized and responsible with company property Comfortable with physical warehouse work Able to safely lift and move boxes and plumbing fixtures Good communication skills Valid driver's license Clean and safe driving record Previous warehouse, delivery, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday Local deliveries typically 2–3 days per week Remaining days are primarily warehouse work No overnight driving About the Role This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety rather than doing the same job every day. Some days you may spend most of the day making deliveries, while other days will be focused entirely on warehouse operations. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, treats company vehicles and equipment responsibly, and can be relied upon to complete assigned work without needing constant follow-up.
