Position Overview: We are currently hiring for a dual-role position that includes responsibilities as both a Warehouse Associate and Delivery Assistant . Candidates should be able to lift heavy items, work efficiently, and be eager to learn and grow within the company. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Duties: Unload incoming freight and accurately put away inventory Maintain organized storage and assist with inventory management Assemble furniture for showroom and deliveries Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-maintained Operate warehouse equipment and lift trucks (training provided) Delivery Assistant Duties: Assist drivers with loading and delivering furniture to customer homes Help move merchandise between store locations Ensure furniture is handled with care during transport and setup Interact professionally with customers on-site Opportunity to advance into a Delivery Driver role (CDL not required) Requirements: Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs regularly Clean driver’s license and reliable transportation Valid driver’s license for minimum of 6 years Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Prior warehouse, delivery, or inventory experience is a plus Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed Benefits We Offer: 401(k) with employer match Health insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Medical savings account Employee discount program Opportunities for career advancement Positive and supportive team environment Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts Day shift Overtime available Saturdays required Experience: Warehouse or delivery experience: 1 year (Preferred) If you’re a focused, reliable professional with the drive to succeed and grow in your career, we want to hear from you.
