Warehouse Associate
Coastal Elite ProWe are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support third-party logistics operations in the US, with responsibilities including training associates on duties and safety, overseeing order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and returns, and managing shipping activities such as UPS and emergency orders. The role involves providing daily guidance to warehouse staff, coordinating workflows, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and regulations. Supervisory duties include assigning work, managing manpower, and addressing associate concerns. The position requires operating equipment like forklifts and RF devices, maintaining a clean work environment, and utilizing computer systems for reporting. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience, and proficiency in reading, math, and equipment operation. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work overtime and participate in physical inventories.
