Warehouse Associate

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our company. In this energetic role, you will support daily warehouse operations while learning key functions such as shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment . Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Duties Assit with the handling, movement, and placement of merchandise using forklifts. Assist with shipping and receiving operations. Verify incoming and outgoing merchandise for accuracy and condition. Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods while adhering to safety protocols. Prepare, organize, and process orders for shipment. Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products securely, verifying shipping & receiving documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing inventory storage areas, and ensuring safety standards are met at all times. Perform data entry tasks Support customer service efforts by providing timely updates on order status and resolving discrepancies or issues promptly. Follow all warehouse safety procedures Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn! Basic math skills are essential for counting inventory accurately and processing shipments efficiently. Experience with shipping & receiving processes, order picking & packing, and inventory management software will help you excel in this role. Knowledge of trade compliance and international trade regulations is a plus but can be learned on the job. Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are key to success here. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting customer service efforts are highly valued.
