Responsibilities
• Unwrap products and prepare them for processing according to established procedures.
• Apply customer-specific labels and tickets for retailers such as major online and sporting goods partners.
• Repackage products based on detailed specifications and quality standards.
• Perform general labour duties including packing and unpacking products for distribution.
• Pick products accurately and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Support shipping and receiving activities by handling incoming and outgoing products as required.
• Assist with inventory-related tasks, including counting, organizing, and tracking stock.
• Use RF scanners and other warehouse tools to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards throughout the shift.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
Essential Skills
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Experience with general labour tasks including packing, packaging, and picking.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Experience using RF scanners in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of basic shipping and receiving processes.
• Experience with inventory handling and stock organization.
• Ability to operate or work around forklifts in a warehouse environment, where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication skills to coordinate tasks and follow instructions clearly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment for large retail customers.
• Comfort working on afternoon or evening shifts.
• Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workload during peak seasons.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Mississauga, ON.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.15 - $19.15/hr.
