Warehouse Associate - Days

Join a dynamic warehouse support team focused on distribution services in the US, supporting accurate product movement, order fulfillment, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities Include Processing inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations. Preparing shipments, packaging, and staging to meet handling and dispatch requirements. Reconciling inventory discrepancies and monitoring stock levels to maintain accuracy and identify replenishment needs. Investigating damaged shipments and process exceptions to support timely resolutions. Documenting shipment statuses, inventory updates, and operational issues for warehouse visibility. Qualifications Include High School Diploma/GED required; associate’s degree or relevant experience preferred. 3+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory principles, shipment preparation, and safety practices. Strong ability to verify data, resolve operational issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Organizational skills to manage shifting priorities and support continuous process improvements. Skills And Knowledge Required Experience in receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns. Proficiency in inventory control, documentation, and operational reporting. Ability to ensure safety, loss prevention, and warehouse control. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Additional info: The role offers competitive pay starting at $20.00/hr, potential increases, and a sign-on bonus. Work is scheduled on a 4x10 shift, Monday through Friday, with a flexible start time.
