Coastal Elite ProJoin our team supporting distribution services in the US, with a focus on logistics and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Include Verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement. Updating warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and operational records. Tracking fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence. Preparing dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation for transaction processing. Reviewing routine exceptions such as delivery issues, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle availability. Confirming handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention. Qualifications Include High School Diploma or GED. At least 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control. Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse procedures, logistics documentation, and operational systems. Strong ability to maintain accurate records, analyze operational issues, and communicate effectively. Support for continuous improvement initiatives within established guidelines. Preferred: Certification as a Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar qualification. Compensation: Starting at $24.66/hr with potential for up to $28.23/hr based on incentives and bonuses, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
