Key Responsibilities Include Receiving, picking, staging customer orders, returns, shipping, and inventory management. Verifying merchandise against shipment records, inspecting for discrepancies and defects. Stocking shelves and assembling customer orders based on specifications. Entering data into computer systems, inspecting returned items, and conducting daily inventory counts. Utilizing forklifts and other motorized equipment for inventory movement. Supporting inventory procedures and potentially training new associates. Qualifications Include High school diploma or equivalent. Forklift experience and ability to work in climate-controlled environments. Strong reading and comprehension skills in English. Ability to perform manual tasks, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk long distances. Dependability, punctuality, and motivation to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred skills: warehouse or distribution experience, RF scanning proficiency.
