Warehouse Associate - Days

We are seeking a Warehouse Support Associate to assist with transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment operations within a distribution environment. Key Responsibilities Include Verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement. Updating warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and operational records. Tracking fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence. Preparing dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation for transaction accuracy. Reviewing routine exceptions such as deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, and vehicle routes. Confirming handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention. Qualifications Include High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control. Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse processes, logistics documentation, and operational systems. Ability to process operational activities, analyze data, and maintain accurate records. Effective communication skills for internal and external contacts. Preferred certification as a Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar. Additional details: The role offers a starting pay of $24.66/hr with potential increases, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits supporting wellness, growth, and inclusion.
