Responsibilities Include Verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement. Updating logistics systems with transaction details and operational records to maintain data accuracy. Tracking fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support timely operations. Preparing dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation for transaction processing. Reviewing and resolving routine exceptions related to deliveries, returns, and inventory discrepancies. Confirming handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability and loss prevention. Qualifications And Skills High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control. Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse processes, and logistics documentation. Ability to process operational activities, analyze basic data, and maintain accurate records. Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions.
