Warehouse Associate – DAY SHIFT Department : Operations/Warehouse Reports To: Assoc. Director of Logistics FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Location: Michigan City, IN Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm CST Keep Things Moving. Be Part of the Team. As a Warehouse Associate , you’ll play an important role in making sure the right products are received, organized, prepared, and shipped accurately and on time. In this role, you’ll help keep our operation moving by handling inventory, preparing orders, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. You won’t just be moving boxes—you’ll be helping move our business forward. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receive, unload, inspect, and properly put away incoming products Pick and pull products accurately based on customer orders Pack and prepare orders for shipment Load and unload trucks and other delivery vehicles safely Move products throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies when identified Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization Follow established procedures for handling products and equipment Work closely with other warehouse and operations team members to meet daily priorities Perform other warehouse-related duties as needed What You Bring: We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right and understands that being a great teammate is just as important as getting the job done. You’ll be successful in this role if you are: Experience A high school diploma or GED is required. Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material-handling experience is a plus, but we’re also interested in people with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn . Must be able to become certified and maintain certification through an OSHA approved forklift certification program.
