Warehouse Associate - Day Shift

Role Overview: Support distribution operations by verifying transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to ensure accurate product movement. Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, monitor fleet activity, and prepare essential documentation for dispatch and receipt processes. Key Responsibilities Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment data. Update systems with transaction details and operational records. Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement. Prepare dispatch, shipping, and receipt documentation. Review routine exceptions such as delivery issues, returns, and inventory discrepancies. Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements for traceability and loss prevention. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. At least 2 years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, inventory control, or related fields. Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse processes, logistics documentation, and operational systems. Ability to process routine activities, analyze data, and maintain accurate records. Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal and external contacts. Preferred: Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
