Front End Associate Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the front end of the store. - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and debit payments. - Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes and surrounding areas. - Assist with packaging/palletizing and helping customers with their purchases. - Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate. - Follow all safety guidelines when handling and packaging/palletizing items. - Assist with basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory purposes.
