Warehouse Associate – Data Entry and Cleaner (Full-Time)

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate specializing in Inventory, cleaning and Data Entry! Duties Experience operating a walkie pallet jack is required ; experience with other types of forklifts is an asset. Accurately input and update inventory data into our database systems using computer skills and data collection techniques Support warehouse operations by organizing files, documents, and records related to inventory transactions Perform cleaning duties as needed, including sweeping, removing garbage, and clearing debris, to keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Assist with physical inventory counts and reconcile data entries with actual stock levels Use Microsoft Excel to generate reports, analyze data trends, and support administrative tasks related to inventory management Qualifications Walkie experiance or Forklift certificate Proven office experience with strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with databases Experience working with ERP systems or similar inventory management software is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate record keeping Ability to type quickly and accurately to support efficient data entry tasks Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required Benefits The company group benefits will start after the probation period.
