Warehouse Associate

Job Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll keep products moving accurately and safely through warehouse operations. You’ll use warehouse management systems and inventory management software to support stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving. This role suits someone who enjoys active, detail-focused work and can collaborate with teammates while supporting customer service needs. Duties Pick, pack, package, and stage orders for e-commerce and other warehouse distribution channels using an order picker, radio-frequency (RF) scanner, pallet jack, or forklift as authorized. Load and unload deliveries; receive, inspect, stock, and track inventory, reporting discrepancies. Enter shipment and inventory data into warehouse management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, materials requirements planning (MRP) systems, or AS400 as applicable. Support shipping logistics, order picking, and inventory management while following trade compliance and international trade regulations. Use basic math and Microsoft Office tools to verify quantities, maintain records, and coordinate with logistics and customer service teams. Your impact: Accurate picking and inventory records help customers receive the right products and help teams plan dependable shipments. Skills Essential: Basic math, data entry, attention to detail, and ability to follow safe warehouse procedures. Preferred: Warehouse experience, including warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, stocking, picking and packing, and order fulfillment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems, MRP, or AS400 is an asset. Experience with forklifts, order pickers, RF scanners, or pallet jacks is preferred; operate powered equipment only when trained and authorized. Knowledge of warehouse distribution, shipping logistics, e-commerce, trade compliance, or international trade regulations is helpful.
