About the Role We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Austin warehouse team. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, ready, and able to track multiple facets of the warehouse at any given time. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in accuracy, works well with a team, and wants to grow with a company in the tech sector. What You’ll Do Accurately put away, label, and store inventory in assigned locations. Pick, pack, and ship customer and internal orders accurately and on schedule. Scan and record all inventory movements with handheld scanners and our warehouse management system. Support cycle counts and physical inventory counts to keep inventory records accurate. Prepare shipments for carriers, including labels, packing slips, and documentation. Work closely with the Deployment, Repair, and Sales teams to keep orders moving. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, and follow all safety procedures. Report damaged items, equipment issues, or safety concerns to your supervisor. Help with other warehouse tasks as needed, especially during month-end peak periods. What We’re Looking For 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using computers, handheld scanners, and mobile devices Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures consistently Good communication skills and a team-player attitude Experience with a WMS or ERP system (such as NetSuite or RF-SMART) is a plus Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Regularly lift and carry boxes up to 40 lbs. Stand and walk for most of the shift. Bend, stoop, twist, and reach repeatedly throughout the day.
