Warehouse Associate

Gelato Giuliana , a growing manufacturer of premium gelatos and sorbets, is seeking a motivated candidate to assist our dedicated warehouse and logistics team as our product volume continues to grow. Forklift and pallet jack certifications, attention to detail, being a team player and bi-lingual English/Spanish are among the most desirable skills of potential candidates. Responsibilities · Sending/Receiving & Unloading: Unload incoming freight trucks, verify delivery notes, and inspect items for damage or missing items. · Inventory Control: rotate stock daily, update inventory sheets, track pallets for sending and organize stock into designated freezer and warehouse locations. Product Assembly : Participate in daily quality control of product, assemble boxes, label new inventory, help move just produced inventory into freezers, transport ingredients and packaging. · Picking & Packing: Read pick lists for customer orders, gather items accurately, curate and communicate lot numbers and pack them safely for dispatch. · Equipment Operation: Operate material-handling tools such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, barcode scanners, and forklifts. · Facility Maintenance: Sweep aisles and floors, clean spills, run laundry, handle damaged goods protocols, and follow workplace safety rules, maintain organized and safe freezer and warehouse spaces to accommodate daily production and movement of inventory. Requirements Able to lift 45 lbs regularly Able to work in a cold environment for short periods of time Must be able to follow directions and understand measurement units for recipes Eagerness to learn, work at a fast pace while paying attention to detail Must have the interpersonal skills to integrate with an established team Valid driver’s license Strong organizational skills, work ethic, reliability and desire to produce a superior product Hours: 6:30am-3:00pm Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
