We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our night shift team. This role is responsible for picking orders, preparing shipments, organizing materials, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, safety, and teamwork.
Pick, process, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Read and understand pick slips to pull correct merchandise from designated locations
Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery
Assist with staging and organizing outgoing shipments
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (as required)
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving ability
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong follow-through
Highly motivated, flexible, and professional with a positive attitude
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (verbal and written)
1–2 years of warehouse or operations experience
Previous experience in a distribution or wholesale environment preferred
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to work the required night shift schedule (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday–Friday)
Availability for occasional Saturdays as needed
Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds, with or without assistance
Ability to walk, stand, hear, and communicate throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
