Warehouse Associate

Duties Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and manage stock movements Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other equipment Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring proper handling of goods Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular stock counts Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation Support packaging activities to ensure products are securely prepared for transit Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout, stocking procedures, and order picking efficiency Adhere to trade compliance standards and international trade regulations during order processing and shipment activities Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office tools Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and data entry tasks Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with RF scanners, pallet jacks, and order pickers is a plus Strong understanding of shipping logistics, order fulfillment, and stock management processes Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory tracking and documentation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Customer service mindset with clear communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution!
