Warehouse Associate

Overview We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will help support day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Handle heavy lifting of packages and materials, ensuring safe practices are followed at all times. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping Load, unload, move, and organize products within the warehouse Assist with shipping and receiving processes Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals. Qualifications Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred. Knowledge or experience in shipping and receiving is a plus. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and use inventory management, shipping, and other warehouse software. Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping are a plus. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and order pickers safely. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A commitment to maintaining safety standards in all aspects of the job. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that may experience varying temperatures. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform repetitive tasks.
