Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming materials Pull customer and installation orders accurately and efficiently Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Load and unload delivery trucks while preventing product damage Maintain organized warehouse inventory and storage locations Verify quantities and product information before orders leave the warehouse Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Work closely with sales, installation, and operations teams to meet customer deadlines Make local deliveries or pickups as needed Required Qualifications Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements: Current Forklift Certification Valid Missouri Class E Driver's License Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly Strong attention to detail Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to safely prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Flooring, building materials, or construction supply experience Experience using warehouse management or inventory software Previous shipping and receiving experience Experience operating box trucks or delivery vehicles What Makes Someone Successful in This Role The ideal candidate is: Safety-minded in every task Organized and detail-oriented Dependable and accountable Customer-focused Able to communicate effectively with coworkers Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Motivated to improve processes and work efficiently without sacrificing quality Benefits Employee Discount Opportunities for advancement Stable, year-round employment Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Application Question(s): Do you have the ability to regularly lift and carry 75+ pounds?
