We are searching for a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for participating in all aspects of inventory related to screening events including receipt of supplies, inventory, packing and shipping supply orders and overall organization of the supply room. This is a crucial role that ensures the timely and accurate shipment and receipt of products.


Part-time schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week, typically worked over 2–3 days. We offer flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in receiving, organizing supplies, and verifying their contents
  • Inspect shipments for damage or defects
  • Load and unload supplies from vehicles
  • Pack equipment and supplies for all events 
  • Check and verify all packed equipment to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Verify shipping addresses and create FedEx labels and track packages to verify deliveries
  • Return supplies to inventory upon return
  • Providing inventory counts for the purpose of verifying stock and reordering needs.
  • Perform quality control measures on equipment according to company policy
  • Appropriately handle and dispose of biohazard waste according to protocol
  • Attend annual safety training
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Perform other duties as assigned


OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE: 

Limited exposure to blood-borne pathogens and other infections materials while performing some of the duties. Personal protective equipment must be worn while handing and discarding biohazard waste.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry packages of various sizes with weight up to 70 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
  • Ability to bend and reach overhead.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in shipping and receiving or similar role.
  • Proficiency in order picking, packing, and packaging techniques.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
