Warehouse Associate/Customer Service Representative

Cascade Aqua-Tech is currently hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate/Customer Service Representative for our Victoria Branch. We are a well-established company specializing in waterproofing, sealant, and glazing supplies for the construction industry. With several branches across Western Canada, we take pride in delivering quality products and exceptional service to our customers. Primary Responsibilities: Provide superior customer service and work closely with the Sales team to meet customers’ needs Provide our customers product recommendations and technical information Process orders from walk-in, email, fax, and phone customers in a prompt and courteous manner Shipping and receiving duties Inventory management, including: Preparing and performing weekly cycle counts Assisting with inventory preparation and counts Picking and preparing orders Forklift experience is required The Ideal Candidate: Has experience in both warehousing and customer service Brings exceptional Customer Service Skills Is a strong team player with drive, urgency, and a positive attitude Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Brings energy, professionalism, and a great sense of humor to the workplace What Cascade Offers: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Monday to Friday schedule — no evenings or weekends A supportive and team-oriented work environment Company RRSP program If you have the drive and energy to succeed, a proven track record, and exceptional customer service skills, we encourage you to forward your resume along with a cover letter.
