Warehouse Associate/Customer Service

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Valor Fitness is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Lakeland team. This position combines warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and customer service. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well independently, and enjoys being part of a team. Responsibilities Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive and inspect incoming shipments Unload shipping containers (typically 1-2 per month) Assemble fitness equipment Perform quality control inspections Pack, palletize, and shrink-wrap outbound freight Perform inventory counts and cycle counts Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory control systems Assist with inventory control system management, including inventory transactions, stock adjustments, and location accuracy Organize, clean, and maintain warehouse work areas Operate manual pallet jacks and forklifts safely Assist customers with order pickups and basic product questions Follow all warehouse safety procedures Use hand and power tools as needed Work independently while contributing to overall team goals Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to lift up to 100 pounds to waist height Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory control experience preferred Experience using inventory management software to maintain accurate inventory records and process inventory transactions. Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to become certified) Experience operating a manual pallet jack Basic mechanical aptitude and comfortable using hand tools Strong organizational, problem-solving, and inventory management skills Positive attitude and professional communication skills Customer service experience is a plus Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (large fans provided) Must maintain a clean, professional workplace and communicate respectfully Must be authorized to work in the United States Pre-employment drug screening required What We Offer Stable full-time schedule Monday-Friday workweek Hands-on work in a growing fitness equipment company Team-oriented work environment Employee discounts on fitness equipment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Do you have inventory management experience?
