Warehouse Associate - Commercial Flooring

Warehouse Associate – Commercial Flooring Axis Interior Systems, Inc. Hamilton, Ohio Axis Interior Systems, Inc. is a leading commercial flooring contractor serving Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate with working knowledge of commercial flooring materials to support our warehouse and logistics operations. Position Summary This role supports jobsite success by ensuring accurate material handling, inventory control, tool coordination, and a clean, organized warehouse. The ideal candidate can work independently, collaborate with a team, and take pride in maintaining an efficient operation. Flooring materials knowledge is preferred. Key Responsibilities Load trucks and prepare deliveries with required paperwork by end of day prior to shipment. Unload vendor deliveries and receive materials accurately. Process outgoing shipping tickets and verify incoming materials. Coordinate PO approvals with Purchasing for inventory verification. Maintain accurate inventory of sundries and stocked materials. Assist with tool tracking, storage, and coordination with Logistics. Perform routine warehouse and dock cleaning and basic building maintenance. Drive a non-CDL company truck for jobsite deliveries as needed (a plus, not required). Support the Warehouse Manager and assist with other duties as assigned. Qualifications Preferred knowledge of flooring materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliability. Neat & Organized Ability to lift and handle materials commonly found in a warehouse setting. Forklift experience is a must. Valid driver’s license. Why Axis Interior Systems?
