Warehouse Associate Clerk

Position Summary: Carlson Packaging Solutions is growing! We are looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory, receive and distribute materials, and ensure production has the supplies needed to keep jobs moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well with others, and takes pride in maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, shipments, and packing documentation. Enter received materials into the inventory system and investigate missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments. Pull and prepare materials requested by Production for upcoming jobs. Count, weigh, and return unused materials to their designated warehouse locations. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with physical inventory counts. Complete inventory reconciliation for finished jobs within established timelines. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of warehouse and production supplies. Coordinate UPS and FedEx shipments as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all company safety procedures and assist other departments as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred (one year preferred). Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate inventory records. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to obtain forklift certification. Willingness to work overtime, occasional weekends, or irregular hours as business needs require. Physical Requirements Must be able to perform general warehouse duties, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and operating standard warehouse equipment. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and perform tasks requiring close and distance vision, depth perception, and hand-eye coordination.
