Warehouse Associate (Cherry Picker)

Role Overview: Support warehouse operations for veterinary and livestock production solutions, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and shipment of temperature-sensitive materials. Responsibilities Include Monitoring temperature-controlled materials during storage and shipment to maintain product integrity. Updating inventory records, warehouse transactions, and shipment documentation for traceability. Identifying and routing damaged or non-conforming materials according to procedures. Coordinating material movement using warehouse equipment for safe, efficient flow. Preparing packaging and shipment areas to facilitate timely outbound activities. Escalating inventory or handling issues to support operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control principles, and temperature-sensitive handling. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, follow procedures, and maintain accurate records. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and identify exceptions. Additional Information: Compensation starts at $19/hr with potential increases based on performance and incentives.
