Warehouse Associate (Cherry Picker)

Role Overview: This position supports distribution services within a warehouse environment, focusing on maintaining product integrity, accurate inventory management, and efficient shipment preparation. Key Responsibilities Monitor temperature-sensitive materials to ensure proper storage and shipment conditions. Update warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability. Identify and route damaged, non-conforming, or on-hold materials according to procedures. Coordinate material movement using warehouse equipment to support safe operations. Prepare packaging and shipment areas to facilitate timely outbound activity. Escalate handling or inventory issues to ensure prompt resolution. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required. Less than 2 years related experience in warehousing, shipping, or inventory control preferred. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, temperature-sensitive handling, and safety practices. Ability to follow procedures, maintain accurate records, and work with warehouse equipment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
