Warehouse Associate

Role Overview: This position supports distribution services within a warehouse environment, focusing on equipment operation, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The role involves processing inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to ensure accurate product movement and timely shipments. Key Responsibilities Operate warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers and forklifts. Prepare shipments, package products, and stage items for dispatch. Reconcile inventory discrepancies and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess. Investigate handling issues, damaged shipments, and process exceptions. Maintain accurate documentation of shipment statuses, inventory updates, and operational irregularities. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s in supply chain or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or inventory control. Knowledge of warehouse processes, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Strong attention to detail, data verification skills, and ability to resolve operational issues. Effective communication and organizational skills to manage shifting priorities.
