We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate / Order Fulfillment Associate to help keep customer orders accurate, organized, and shipped on time. This is a hands-on, on-site warehouse role. The ideal candidate is reliable, comfortable with physical work, attentive to detail, and able to work independently after training. This position is well suited for a college student or other candidate with a semi-flexible schedule. Classic Decks carries many playing cards and related products with similar names, colors, editions, and packaging. Accurate picking, packing, inventory handling, and shipping are essential. Responsibilities Pick products for customer orders using Shopify order information and packing slips Verify product names, colors, quantities, editions, and variations before packing Pack orders securely and professionally for shipment Print and apply USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping labels Sort completed packages by shipping carrier and cutoff time Receive incoming inventory and assist with unloading cartons and pallets Count and inspect incoming shipments for damage or quantity discrepancies Place inventory in assigned warehouse locations and restock picking shelves Help transfer and record inventory between warehouse locations Assemble single-deck, six-deck, twelve-deck, and other product bundles Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly Break down boxes, organize packing materials, and maintain a clean work area Assist with periodic physical inventory counts Perform other warehouse, fulfillment, and organizational duties as needed Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain an agreed-upon schedule Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately Comfortable counting inventory and verifying labels, quantities, and product variations Able to read product labels, order information, and warehouse location codes Comfortable using an iPad, computer, barcode scanner, label printer, or similar equipment; training is provided Able to follow written and verbal instructions Able to work independently and remain productive without constant supervision Honest, trustworthy, organized, and careful when handling inventory and customer orders Able to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy Physical Requirements Able to stand and walk for extended periods Able to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive packing activities Able to regularly lift and carry boxes weighing 50 pounds or more Able to occasionally lift heavier cartons with assistance Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, retail inventory, or e-commerce fulfillment experience Familiarity with Shopify or another order-management system Experience using USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping software Familiarity with barcode scanners, inventory counts, or warehouse stock-location systems Previous experience is helpful but not required. Classic Decks will train the right candidate who is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn. Growth Opportunities This role is primarily focused on warehouse fulfillment.
