We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our Corley Oaks Distribution team in Midland, TX. This is a hands-on role with variety: you will keep product moving through the warehouse, help customers in our showroom, and step in as our backup delivery driver. What You Will Do You will be a key part of a close-knit team that keeps our customers supplied and our promises kept. Here is what your days will include: Receive inbound shipments, verify product and quantities against purchase orders, and put product away quickly and accurately. Help manage the receiving calendar, assign dock locations, and communicate shortages, overages, or damages to purchasing. Select customer orders using pick lists or picking software, then build, label, and shrink wrap pallets for shipment. Inspect and load trailers and complete all manifesting paperwork. Replenish primary pick locations daily and keep product flowing for the team. Greet walk-in showroom customers, pull showroom orders, answer phones, and take called-in orders when our showroom supervisor is away. Make customer deliveries safely and on time when our delivery associate is unavailable. Perform cycle counts, assist with the annual physical inventory, and keep the warehouse, equipment, and grounds clean, organized, and safe. What We Are Looking For 18 years of age or older. 1 year of warehouse experience, including forklift and/or hand truck experience. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety regulations. Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Strong customer service skills and a professional, positive attitude. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to getting every order right. Ready to stay active throughout your shift and ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Dependable, safety-minded, and a self-starter who works well as part of a team.
