This role helps ensure products are handled accurately, inventory records remain up to date, and orders are prepared for timely shipment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Previous warehouse or distribution experience is helpful but may not be required for every position. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments. Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Organize products and store inventory in designated locations. Verify item quantities and report discrepancies or damaged goods. Update inventory records using warehouse systems or scanners. Assist with loading and unloading materials as assigned. Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas. Follow established procedures for product handling and storage. Work with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals. Report equipment issues, safety hazards, and inventory concerns to supervisors. Requirements Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems. Previous warehouse, order-picking, or distribution experience is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting within the employer's stated limits. Willingness to follow workplace safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
