Warehouse Associate

Job Summary The Warehouse Associate will perform many duties supporting the warehouse. This position will receive and process incoming and outgoing shipment of company products, parts, and supplies. This position will ensure effective and timely ordering and distribution of the company materials and will help maintain inventory. Required working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm. Duties · Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained · Responsible for all outbound shipment activities, including packing and arrangements for transport · Completes daily receiving entries in the computer system · Physically counts raw materials and completes tag controls · Complete all paperwork for outgoing and incoming shipments · Pick and deliver materials to appropriate areas as needed · Inspect incoming shipments, confirm certificate of conformance & reconcile receiving/purchase documents · Promptly unloads deliveries and verifies incoming materials and counts · Ensures all shipment documentation is distributed accordingly · Notifies and/or delivers incoming product to incoming inspection area or end user · Participate in yearly and random inventory audits · Utilizes UPS/FedEx software for reporting · Maintains a clean and organized work environment · Effectively work with all departments · Interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form · Independently troubleshoots, solves practical problems and thinks creatively · Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management Required Skills & Abilities · Must be able to speak, read & write in English · Mechanical Aptitude · Basic Math skills · Computer skills are a must Physical Requirements · Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time · Must be able to bend, squat, climb, crawl, kneel, frequently · Must be able to lift and move up to 40lbs independently Education/ Experience · Experience w/ Fork Trucks · Experience w/ Pallet Jacks Other: · Hourly (non-exempt) position – must be able to work extended overtime hours as needed · Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm Interested Candidates apply to:https://recruiting.paylocity.com/recruiting/jobs/Apply/4550185/Enbi-Rochester-Inc/Warehouse-Associate Pay: From $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
