The day-to-day activities of our Warehouse Associate include:

• Shipping and Receiving – Performing various shipping and receiving tasks while ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Maintaining a strong attention to detail while meeting operational deadlines and customer expectations.
• Inventory & Warehouse Operations – Assisting with inventory management, product organization, cycle counts, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. Supporting a variety of operational tasks and contributing wherever needed to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly.
• Commitment to Safety – Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety by maintaining a hazard-free work environment for all team members. This involves participating in the health and safety program, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and diligently documenting any incidents or near misses.

The right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume:

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is required.
• Prior forklift experience and certification is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• A track record of taking initiative, being reliable, and contributing positively to team success.
