As a Warehouse Associate, your primary focus is to stage shipments by processing order on a timely basis. In addition, you are responsible for addressing customers with professionalism and reporting issues to Management. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Fundamental Job Responsibilities)

  • Safely operate forklifts with carrying capacities of 8,000 - 10,000 lbs.
  • Load/unload materials using a forklift, avoiding damaging products.
  • Accurately pick orders and prepare them for transport; replenish products as needed.

  • Complete all necessary paperwork with precision, including orders and waybills.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

  • Follow top OHS practices, including daily truck inspections and safe driving protocols.

  • Support inventory counts and stock checks.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy.

  • Label and stage newly received products properly.

  • Keep the warehouse clean and uphold general housekeeping standards.

Qualifications:

  • Forklift certification is required.

  • Sit-down counterbalance forklift experience is considered an asset.

  • Strong self-motivation and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Dependability and punctuality are essential for success.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Regular physical activity is required, including walking, standing, sitting, climbing ladders, and the ability to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach above and below the waist.
