Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts, possess basic math skills, and demonstrate excellent customer service abilities. Duties Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse. Assist with daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, packing, and shipping inventory. Manage inventory levels by accurately recording stock movements and conducting regular stock checks. Support order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of products. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal and external inquiries professionally. Utilize basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics procedures. Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
