Warehouse Associate

Overview We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our e-commerce warehouse team in Wayne, New Jersey. The primary responsibility is preparing, labeling, and packing products for shipment to customers and other fulfillment centers. Previous Amazon and Walmart preparation or e-commerce warehouse experience is preferred. Responsibilities Prepare and package products according to requirements. Apply barcode labels and product identification labels accurately. Polybag, bundle, and pack merchandise as required. Count, inspect, and organize inventory. Pack products into shipping cartons and apply carton labels. Check products for damage, missing labels, or packaging errors. Assist with receiving inventory and organizing warehouse . Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse operations such as stocking, packaging, order picking & packing, and shipping logistics is highly desirable. Basic math skills are essential for counting inventory accurately and processing transactions. Proficiency in using warehouse computer systems, inventory management software is preferred. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills ensures accurate data entry and inventory control. Working cooperatively in a team environment is essential, especially when interacting with other team members regarding shipments and resolving issues. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. Qualifications Previous warehouse, packing, or fulfillment experience preferred. Amazon FBA prep experience is a strong plus. Ability to follow packing instructions and maintain accuracy. Comfortable using label printers and barcode scanners. Ability to perform repetitive packing tasks and stand for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work with a team. Proficient in English, helpful to know Spanish as well. Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
