Warehouse Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations and our Returns Hub. This role includes inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and processing marketplace returns. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling merchandise while carefully recording inspection and return information in our returns system. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory and record stock movements. Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, safely. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently. Load and unload shipments and verify incoming and outgoing items. Receive return boxes and organize returned merchandise. Open return packages and inspect items for condition, quantity, and accuracy. Tag and relabel merchandise as needed for marketplace returns. Enter return and inspection details into the returns system, keeping records complete and accurate. Use warehouse management systems and RF scanners to track inventory and returns. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work with supervisors and team members to keep warehouse and returns workflows running smoothly. Conduct routine equipment checks and assist with basic maintenance as needed. Experience and Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred; experience with returns processing is a plus. Familiarity with inventory management, distribution, or warehouse management systems is beneficial. Strong attention to detail when inspecting items and recording information. Ability to use RF scanners and follow packaging and labeling procedures. Mechanical aptitude and safe equipment-handling skills are helpful. Ability to lift and move packages and merchandise as required.
