We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky, getting Haltech products out the door and into the hands of customers across North America. ABOUT THE ROLE Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, you will be part of a hands-on team responsible for the accurate and timely despatch of Haltech products. Your duties will include: Process, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time Receive, unload, and put away incoming material Light assembly and finished goods packaging Inspect products for defects and damage Load and unload tractor trailers Lodge and resolve lost package claims with shipping carriers Conduct physical inventory Troubleshoot errors and eliminate the cause so they do not happen again Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols Contribute to the daily output of the department Communicate and work closely with team members inside and outside the department ABOUT YOU High school diploma or GED desired 1+ years of inventory, shipping, and receiving experience highly preferred UPS WorldShip experience preferred NetSuite experience a plus Excellent attention to detail and a focus on accuracy Reliable, punctual, and able to work to a daily output target Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team General automotive performance and industry-related knowledge or interest WHAT YOU WILL GET Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance as of day one Employer paid life and disability insurance HSA with employer contributions 401(k) retirement plan with company match Employee wellness and assistance programs Paid maternity and paternity leave Paid time off Up to 10 paid company holidays TO APPLY If you believe you meet these criteria and want to work for a world market leader, then apply online here.
