Warehouse Associate

Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency. May work in Receiving, Inventory, or Shipping area. Essential Functions & Responsibilities · Receive, sort, and move materials and products. · Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or conveyor systems. · Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. · Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse areas. · Use inventory management systems or handheld scanners. · Follow all safety regulations and procedures. · Regular and dependable attendance Other Responsibilities · Assist with occasional clerical tasks. · Participate in team meetings or events. · Cross train to work in multiple areas withing the department Skills & Qualifications · High school diploma or equivalent · Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred · Efficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) · Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. · Basic math and reading skills. · Ability to safely operate equipment (if required by position) · Attention to detail and ability to meet productivity standards. Essential Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): · Lift and move items up to 50 lbs. regularly. · Stand, walk, reach, bend, and stoop for extended periods. · Carrying, pushing, pulling · Climbing ladders or stairs · Operate warehouse equipment safely. (pallet jack, forklift) · Repetitive motions (bending, reaching, crouching) · Environmental tolerances (cold, heat, dust, noise) Work Environment · Warehouse setting with exposure to noise, machinery, and moving equipment. · May involve temperature fluctuations depending on department.
