Pick, assemble, and prepare customer orders for shipment, including loading and unloading trucks. Receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting products for accuracy and damage, and ensuring all required documentation is completed and maintained. Process customer returns, core returns, and warranty returns in accordance with company procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and proper handling. Conduct inventory cycle counts to verify stock quantities, identify discrepancies, and support accurate inventory records. Accountable to maintain a safe, clean and efficient storage area Must adhere to Metro Truck’s code of conduct and Health & Safety procedures General housekeeping duties All other duties as assigned Qualifications: 2+ Previous Shipping and Receiving / Warehouse Experience Excellent organizational skills Position requires: standing, lifting, walking, and occasional ladder use Ability to follow instructions, and work both independently and as a team Successful candidates will be big picture thinkers, honest and professional Valid drivers license and/or reliable transportation to and from our Brantford location We recognize our continued success depends on the contributions of all our employees, which is why when you join our team, you will be joining a culture based on a commitment to quality, integrity and teamwork.
