About Us We’re building what comes next. Memory Ventures is a 19-year-old company headquartered in Fishers, Indiana, built around a mission to empower people to preserve, store, create, and share their best moments and memories. We’ve built and elevated exceptional brands across direct-to-consumer ecommerce, fulfillment, and B2B services, and our portfolio has been recognized among the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., including two appearances on the Inc. 500 list and two on the Deloitte Fast 500. But we’re not slowing down. Our brands are selling millions of products directly to consumers, we’ve recently opened our third fulfillment warehouse, and we’re rapidly expanding Victory Lane Solutions (VLS), our 3PL business. We’ve also built Pivotal, our proprietary warehouse management system, to help our teams operate better, faster, and smarter. We’re established enough to have the resources and experience to move fast—but entrepreneurial enough to keep questioning how things are done. Always growing. Always evolving. Always improving. More Than Just a Warehouse Job As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operation running smoothly. From pulling and packing orders to managing inventory, preparing shipments, and using our warehouse technology, the work you do directly impacts our customers and our team. This isn’t a role where you’ll be expected to do the same task all day, every day. Our operation is constantly evolving, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn different parts of the business, cross-train across warehouse functions, and become comfortable working with the systems and technology that keep our operation moving. We value people who are willing to learn, take initiative, and look for ways to make things better. If you notice something that isn’t working well, we want you to speak up. If there’s a better way to do something, we want to hear it. We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to be willing to learn. Make an Impact The best warehouse teams aren’t just fast—they’re accurate, dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to help wherever they’re needed. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and understands that doing things correctly matters. Someone who can work independently but also knows when to jump in and help the team. Someone who is comfortable with technology and isn’t afraid to learn a new system or take on a new responsibility. You’ll be part of a growing operation where there is room to learn, take on more, and grow with the company. If you’re looking for a warehouse role where you can do meaningful work, learn new skills, and be part of a team that is always looking for a better way to operate, we’d love to meet you.
