Warehouse Associate

Your proactive approach will support shipping and receiving processes, maintain stock levels, and uphold safety standards. Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock placement. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picking techniques and inventory management software. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and warehouse management systems such as ERP or AS400. Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly. Assist with shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Support warehouse operations by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency in order fulfillment. Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP platforms such as AS400. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics, and international trade regulations. Experience with order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, order picking, and load & unload activities. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately and processing transactions efficiently. Excellent data entry skills combined with familiarity in Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes. Customer service orientation to assist internal teams or external vendors effectively while maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environments.
